The health of our colleagues, partners, customers and all our families remains our number one priority.

In a fast evolving environment, Hybrid has moved its business continuity plan to the next phase. Our comprehensive IT infrastructure has enabled us to implement remote working for the team, with a skeleton staff located in the warehouse to despatch orders.

As our robust supply chain with Mimaki remains fully functional, we are able to process ink, consumable and spare part orders as long as our delivery partners continue to operate. Hybrid's remote working structure enables the Tech Support team to operate as normal and they are contactable by telephone and email.

Our service engineers will be attending only business critical service visits and updated guidelines for engineers and customers will be advised when visits are booked to ensure the safety of our colleagues and customers

All other areas of the business continue to operate and are available for customers and partners via phone and email. Mimaki's Virtual Print Festival is underway and continues until 24th April - more information can be found here.
